Duplicate applications and multiple wins are allowed across Part 1 and Part 2.

Please note in advance that this event will be based on the event entry information (applicant name/applicant phone number/applicant E-MAIL) that you will fill out when purchasing products, not member information. (For foreigners, please apply under the English name on your passport. / Foreigners should apply under the English name on their passports.)
The event is open only to the winners themselves, and please make sure to enter the correct information when applying and ordering. (Nickname or nickname cannot be applied. Please apply under your real name.)
To comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and to verify product shipping and duplicate winners, the following personal information of winners will be collected and provided:

Information collected: Name, date of birth, contact information, address, inmyroom ID, etc.

Important Notes for the Video Call Event
1.The event will be held under the ID of the video call channel (KAKAO, LINE,WECHAT) that provided the information. (Messenger and ID cannot be changed after application)
If you select the KakaoTalk channel, please enter a searchable and registrable KakaoTalk,WECHAT ID in the ID field, not an email address.
Please make sure that friend search and friend addition are enabled for the messenger ID you are applying with. We are not responsible for any issues that may occur if friend addition is restricted or if the provided messenger information cannot be registered.
- Winners may be restricted from proceeding with the event if the buyer's information and the participants are different.
- Participants will be required to complete an identity verification process 30 minutes prior to the event using a valid photo ID (Passport, ID Card).
- Failure to comply with the identity verification process may result in restrictions on event participation.
- If a participant wins multiple artist slots, identity verification will be conducted separately for each winning slot.
- If a participant wins multiple Meet&Greet Event slots, identity verification will be conducted on-site at the Meet&Greet Event venue.
2. The artist and the winner will hold a video call event, and the video call will end after the specified time.
3. On the day of the event, we will send you an event confirmation text through the messenger channel you applied for.
Please be sure to reply to the request for information confirmation and the message of adding friends.
4. If connection fails after multiple attempts during your turn, staff will try to contact you once again at the end of the event.
- Failure to connect during this final attempt will result in forfeiting participation.
5. If the winner does not exit, the call may be forcibly terminated by stopping the progress.
6. Please refrain from asking personal questions and unreasonable requests to artists during the event. In the event of abusive language, criticism, and inappropriate behavior, based on the judgment of the on-site staffThe call connection may be forced to terminate.
7.For smooth event progress, please avoid sending messages or inquiries related to the event to the artist.
