Precautions for participation in face-to-Board Game Events
※ This event is a board game event held in Korea. Please apply only if you are able to attend the event in person.
※ This event is a program where selected winners will play board games with the artist. Please note that album signing will not be available during this event.
※ The preferred photo pose submission process has been changed from advance submission to on-site submission. Participants will submit their preferred pose for each unit at the venue on the day of the event. All submitted poses will be reviewed and approved by the event staff prior to the photo session.
- The identification process will be conducted before entering the venue of the face-to-face fan signing event. Please prepare your ID in advance when participating in the event.
- Please note that you cannot participate in the event if you do not bring your ID card.
- Identification is not possible except for the identification card specified, but only with a physical identification card with a photo attached.
- Korean (minor over 14 years of age): National certificate with middle/high school student ID, passport, and date of birth marked
- Koreans (adults): Resident registration card, driver's license, passport
- Foreigners: Passport, alien registration card
- For applicants under the age of 14, please contact us in advance through 1:1 inquiries.
Winner verification and number ticket distribution will be available from 30 minutes before the event starts.
Moving seats after entering the venue is strictly prohibited. If you move or change seats without permission, you may be asked to leave the event.
Standing up from your assigned seat, sitting in another participant’s seat, or moving around during the event is not allowed.
Photos and videos may be taken from your own seat during the event. However, photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited during the polaroid photo session and board game session.The use of flash, AF auxiliary light and strobe light is prohibited when taking photos.
- Please place electronic devices such as mobile phones and cameras at your seat and pick them up after the session.
- Participants caught recording or filming will be removed from the event.
- Event staff will check whether participants are carrying electronic devices while waiting in line. Please cooperate with staff requests.
- Please submit your requested pose at the event venue.
- Poses involving physical contact or poses that have not been approved by the staff in advance cannot be photographed.
- You may not request or change the pose directly with the artist at the venue.
- For safety and smooth event operation, inappropriate or excessive poses may be modified or restricted at the staff's discretion. The final pose may also differ from your submitted request depending on on-site circumstances.
- Photos will be taken according to the staff's instructions, and retakes will not be permitted.Selfie sticks and tripods may only be installed at your assigned seat. If they exceed an appropriate height or cause inconvenience to other participants, you may be asked to stop using them.Live streaming through SNS or other platforms during the event is prohibited. If detected, you will be removed from the event regardless of whether you have received the signed item or not.
Please note that direct contact such as writing on the skin, attaching stickers to the skin, or touching hands is not allowed.
All game materials required for the board game session will be prepared at the venue. Personal game materials or personal belongings cannot be used during the event.
For smooth event operation, all games will be conducted according to the rules and instructions provided by the event staff.
Regardless of the game result, all participants will proceed with the same program. The types of games and the duration of each session may be subject to change depending on the event circumstances.For smooth operations, please include Korean alongside any foreign-language text.
12.Props, letters, and gifts may be delivered during this event.
- Props will be returned after the event. Any unclaimed items will be discarded.
- A separate photo time will be provided. Props cannot be used during the polaroid photo session or board game session.

- Food, liquids, and any items that may cause public concern or disturbance are prohibited
13. Unauthorized exit from the venue will result in no re-entry.

15. This signing event may be partially changed or canceled without prior notice depending on the circumstances of the host company.
16. Even if it is not specified in the above, if you act that you believe is difficult to proceed smoothly on the site on the day, you can be forced to leave and sanctioned regardless of whether you receive a signature or not.
