• Please note in advance that this event will be based on the event entry information (applicant name/applicant phone number/applicant E-MAIL) that you will fill out when purchasing products, not member information. (For foreigners, please apply under the English name on your passport. / Foreigners should apply under the English name on their passports.)
• The event is open only to the winners themselves, and please make sure to enter the correct information when applying and ordering. (Nickname or nickname cannot be applied. Please apply under your real name.)
• To comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and to verify product shipping and duplicate winners, the following personal information of winners will be collected and provided:

Precautions for participation in face-to-face fan signing events
*This event is an in-person fansign event held in Korea. Please apply only if you are able to attend the event in person.
1. An identity verification process will be conducted before entering the in-person fansign venue. Please prepare your valid ID in advance.
Please note that you will not be able to participate in the event if you do not bring your ID.
Only the IDs listed below will be accepted, and identity verification can only be completed with the physical original ID bearing a photo.
• Korean Nationals (Minors aged 14 or older): Middle/High School Student ID, Passport, or a government-issued certificate showing the date of birth
• Korean Nationals (Adults): Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, or Passport
• Foreign Nationals: Passport or Alien Registration Card
Applicants under the age of 14 are kindly requested to contact us in advance via 1:1 Inquiry.
2. Winner verification and number ticket distribution will be available starting 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the in-person fansign event. (Seats will be assigned by lottery on-site.)
• In the case of duplicate winners for the Video Call Event, identity verification will be conducted at the in-person fansign venue.
3. Please be seated in your assigned seat before the fansign begins. Moving seats after entering the venue is strictly prohibited. You may be asked to leave the venue if you change or move your seat without permission.
4. You may not stand up from your assigned seat, move to or sit in another seat, or move around during the fansign event.
5. Photos and videos may be taken from your assigned seat during the event. However, photography and recording are not permitted while receiving an autograph. Please leave your mobile phone, camera, or other electronic devices at your seat when receiving your autograph. (Anyone caught recording or taking photos during the autograph session will be asked to leave the venue.)
6. The use of flash, AF assist light, or strobe lights is prohibited when taking photos.
7. Selfie sticks and tripods may only be set up at your assigned seat. If they exceed an appropriate height or cause inconvenience to other attendees, you may be asked to stop using them.
8. Live streaming through SNS or other platforms is not permitted during the fansign event. Anyone caught live streaming will be asked to leave the venue regardless of whether they have received their autograph.
9. Please understand that contact with the artist, including drawing or placing stickers directly on the artist’s skin or touching the artist’s hands, is not permitted.
10. Autographs may only be obtained on the items provided by the event organizers. (Album cases, photocards, personal belongings, etc. are not permitted.)
11. For smooth event proceedings, please prepare and attach the Post-it with [To.] written on it in advance. Korean fans are kindly requested to refrain from requesting [To.] to be written in English or Chinese characters.
12. Each attendee may request one name (To.) and one Post-it question per member. Please prepare your Post-it questions in advance.
• Only Korean or English is allowed. Honorifics, modifiers, and PS (postscript) are not permitted.
• For smooth event proceedings, if you write your question in a foreign language, please include the Korean translation as well.
• All Post-it questions will be checked by on-site staff before you receive your autograph. If a question contains an unreasonable request or demand, content related to the artist’s private life, or any other inappropriate content, you may be asked to revise the question, or the question may not be allowed.
• Post-its may only be used to write questions. Requests for autographs, answers, drawings, or anything other than a question are not permitted.
• Post-its containing requests other than questions may be collected at the discretion of the on-site staff, and no answers or requests regarding such content will be accommodated.
13. Props, letters, and gifts may be given to the artist at this fansign event.
• Props will be returned after the fansign event. Any props left behind will be discarded.
• The use of electronic devices is prohibited. (This includes all electronic devices that are powered on, such as mobile phones, toy cameras, mini camcorders, Bluetooth earphones, etc.)
• Food, beverages, liquids, and any items that may cause social controversy are not permitted inside the venue.
• Wearable fansign items in the form of clothing may be worn as long as they do not damage or interfere with the artist’s hair or makeup.
• Depending on the circumstances at the venue and the progress of the event, the use or wearing of certain items may be restricted at the discretion of the staff.
14. Re-entry will not be permitted if you leave the fansign venue without authorization.
15. Drinking alcohol is prohibited before entering and during the fansign event. Entry may be restricted if you arrive after consuming alcohol, and you may be forcibly removed from the venue if you consume alcohol during the event.
16. This fansign event may be partially changed or canceled without prior notice due to circumstances of the event organizer.
17. Even in cases not specifically stated above, if you engage in any behavior that is deemed to interfere with the smooth operation of the event, you may be forcibly removed from the venue and subject to sanctions, regardless of whether or not you have received your autograph.
18. We are not responsible for any situations arising from failure to read or understand this notice. Please make sure to carefully review all event guidelines to avoid any inconvenience or disadvantage.
