Part 2 1:1 Special Video Call Event (3 minutes) โถ 10 people per member, a total of 60 people
Refunds are not possible due to a simple change of mind after purchasing the event.

Precautions for Video Call Event Progress
1. The event will be held under the ID of the video call channel (KAKAO, LINE) that provided the information. (Messenger and ID cannot be changed after application)
Winners may be restricted from proceeding with the event if the buyer's information and the participants are different.
*Participants will check their identification with their ID (resident registration card, passport, driver's license, etc.) before the event proceeds.
2. The artist and the winner will hold a video call event, and the video call will end after the specified time.
3. On the day of the event, we will send you an event confirmation text through the messenger channel you applied for.
Please be sure to reply to the request for information confirmation and the message of adding friends.
4. If you try to connect to your order more than once during a video call and it does not connect, we will contact you once more in the last order,
If you are not connected to the first additional contact, you will not be able to participate in the event.
5. If the winner does not exit, the call may be forcibly terminated by stopping the progress.
6. Please refrain from asking personal questions and unreasonable requests to artists during the event. In the event of abusive language, criticism, and inappropriate behavior, based on the judgment of the on-site staff
The call connection may be forced to terminate.
7. Please refrain from sending or inquiring about the event for smooth progress. (Restrictions on participation in the event when sending back)

Digital / Special Products Digital content (such as streaming codes, download coupons, etc.) is non-refundable once issued.Inquiries regarding exchange, return, or refund must be submitted to inmyroom within 14 business days after delivery is completed. After submitting an inquiry, you must provide all supporting evidence for the reason of exchange/return/refund within 30 business days, and such evidence must be able to prove inmyroom’s responsibility. If the delivered product is missing or damaged, only customers who submit photos and an unboxing video within 7 days of receipt will be eligible for additional shipping or exchange. Please record according to the guidelines below and attach the unboxing video and photos via the inmyroom 1:1 inquiry page. Examples of supporting evidence include:
After inmyroom reviews the product, if the damage or defect of the product itself is acknowledged, the item will be exchanged in whole or in part along with the re-shipping cost. inmyroom is not responsible for intentional damage caused by the buyer, or for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. |

If a shipment is returned, reshipment may be available. However, all reshipping costs and any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Reshipping charges may vary depending on the destination, package weight, and shipping method. For shipments to European Union (EU) member countries, taxes may be applied in accordance with EU customs regulations.
