Important Notes for the Video Call Event
The event will be conducted through the video call channel (KAKAO or LINE) ID you provided.
(After applying, changes to the messenger platform or ID are not allowed.)If the winner’s information does not match the participant’s information, participation in the event may be restricted.
Participants will be required to verify their identity with a valid ID (Resident Registration Card, Passport, Driver’s License, etc.) before the event begins.
The artist and the winner will conduct the video call, and the call will end once the allotted time has passed.
On the day of the event, you will receive a confirmation message through the messenger channel you applied with.
Please make sure to reply to the information verification request and accept the friend request.If we attempt to contact you twice during your turn and you do not answer, you will be contacted once more at the end of the queue.
If you fail to answer during this final attempt, you will not be able to participate in the event.The [To.] section must be written using your legal name only.
Nicknames or online IDs are not permitted.If the participant does not end the call voluntarily, the staff may stop the session and forcibly terminate the call.
Please refrain from asking the artist personal questions or making unreasonable requests during the event.
Use of profanity, criticism, or inappropriate behavior may result in the call being forcibly terminated at the discretion of on-site staff.To ensure smooth event operation, please refrain from calling or messaging the event operator.
