Please note in advance that this event will be based on the event entry information (applicant name/applicant phone number/applicant E-MAIL) that you will fill out when purchasing products, not member information. (For foreigners, please apply under the English name on your passport. / Foreigners should apply under the English name on their passports.)
The event is open only to the winners themselves, and please make sure to enter the correct information when applying and ordering. (Nickname or nickname cannot be applied. Please apply under your real name.)
To comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and to verify product shipping and duplicate winners, the following personal information of winners will be collected and provided:
Recipient of personal information: InMyRoom, K-tigers
Information collected: Name, date of birth, contact information, address, inmyroom ID, etc.

Precautions for participation in face-to-face fan signing events
*This event is a face-to-face fan signing event held in Korea. Only those who can participate in the event are asked to apply.
- The identification process will be conducted before entering the venue of the face-to-face fan signing event. Please prepare your ID in advance when participating in the event.
- Please note that you cannot participate in the event if you do not bring your ID card.
- Identification is not possible except for the identification card specified, but only with a physical identification card with a photo attached.
- Korean (minor over 14 years of age): National certificate with middle/high school student ID, passport, and date of birth marked
- Koreans (adults): Resident registration card, driver's license, passport
- Foreigners: Passport, alien registration card
- For applicants under the age of 14, please contact us in advance through 1:1 inquiries.
You can check the winners and distribute numbers 30 minutes before the start of the face-to-face fan signing. (Seats will be placed by on-site lottery.)
Please be sure to sit at your number before the fan signing event begins. After entering, movement of seats is strictly restricted. Arbitrarily changing seats, moving seats, or changing seats may result in exit.
You may not stand up in your seat, move to another seat other than your seat, or move around during the signing event.
During this fan signing event, you can take pictures and videos on your own, but you can't take pictures and record while receiving an autograph, so when you receive an autograph, please leave your phone and camera in your seat and receive it. (You will be sent off if you are caught recording or filming.)
The use of flash, AF auxiliary light and strobe light is prohibited when taking photos.
Selfie sticks and tripods can only be installed in your seat. If you go beyond the appropriate height and cause inconvenience to other visitors, we can ask you to stop using them.
During the signing event, live broadcasting through SNS is not possible, and if caught, you will be sent off regardless of whether you receive a signature or not.
Please understand that doodles, stickers, and hand touches that directly touch the skin are not possible.
Autographs can only be obtained on-site products. (Album cases, photo cards, personal belongings, etc.)
Please attach a post-it with [To.] written on each member's sign sheet in advance for quick field progress, and for domestic fans, please refrain from requesting [To.] in English or Chinese characters.
Signing is only possible for 1 name (To.) and 1 post-it question per member, so please prepare by writing a post-it in advance.
- For smooth operations, please include Korean alongside any foreign-language text.
- Korean/English only, modifiers and PS are not possible.
- Post-it questions will be checked by on-site staff before receiving the autograph. If questions with unreasonable requests or requests or inappropriate content, such as those related to the artist's personal life, are identified, the request for correction or the question may not be possible.
13. Props and letters, gift are allowed at this fansign.
- Props will be returned after the event. Items not collected will be discarded.
- All items will be checked by on-site staff before being delivered to the artist.
- The use of electronic devices is strictly prohibited (including mobile phones, toy cameras, mini camcorders, Bluetooth earphones, and any device that can be powered on).
- Food, liquids, and any items that may cause public concern or disturbance are prohibited
14. You cannot re-enter if you leave the signing event without permission.
15. Drinking before and during the signing event is prohibited. Entry is restricted when entering after drinking, and you may be forced to leave if you drink during the event.
16. This signing event may be partially changed or canceled without prior notice depending on the circumstances of the host company.
17. Even if it is not specified in the above, if you act that you believe is difficult to proceed smoothly on the site on the day, you can be forced to leave and sanctioned regardless of whether you receive a signature or not.
18. We are not responsible for the situation caused by the unskilled land, so please be aware of the announcement so that you will not be disadvantaged.
