Please note in advance that this event will be based on the event entry information (applicant name/applicant phone number/applicant E-MAIL) that you will fill out when purchasing products, not member information. (For foreigners, please apply under the English name on your passport. / Foreigners should apply under the English name on their passports.)
The event is open only to the winners themselves, and please make sure to enter the correct information when applying and ordering. (Nickname or nickname cannot be applied. Please apply under your real name.)
To comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and to verify product shipping and duplicate winners, the following personal information of winners will be collected and provided:

Precautions for participation in face-to-face fan events
*This event is a face-to-face fan event held in Korea. Only those who can participate in the event are asked to apply.
- The identification process will be conducted before entering the venue of the face-to-face fan signing event. Please prepare your ID in advance when participating in the event.
- Please note that you cannot participate in the event if you do not bring your ID card.
- Identification is not possible except for the identification card specified, but only with a physical identification card with a photo attached.
- Korean (minor over 14 years of age): National certificate with middle/high school student ID, passport, and date of birth marked
- Koreans (adults): Resident registration card, driver's license, passport
- Foreigners: Passport, alien registration card
- For applicants under the age of 14, please contact us in advance through 1:1 inquiries.
*No autograph signing will take place at this event.
2. The event will be conducted only with the Polaroid camera prepared by the organizer.
Staff will check for electronic devices, including mobile phones, while you wait in the photo queue. Please follow the staff’s instructions.
Audio recording using any electronic device is strictly prohibited during the photo session. If recording is detected, staff may check your device, delete the data, and ask you to leave the venue.
Poses involving physical contact or not pre-approved by staff are not allowed.
Photo shooting will consist of two Polaroid shots only.
Re-shoots are not allowed unless there is a film issue, the artist’s eyes are closed, or a clear photographic problem occurs.
All photos will be taken by staff only. Shooting by yourself or by an accompanying person is not allowed.
(After the 1:1 photo session, you will be asked to leave immediately. Professional equipment is not permitted.)
Wearing photo props or accessories (such as headbands, jewelry, or other items) during the photo session is not allowed.
3.Winner verification and number ticket distribution will begin 30 minutes before the event starts.
(Seats will be assigned by random draw on-site.)
4.Please make sure to sit in your assigned seat before the event begins.
After entry, seat changes are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized movement or seat changes may result in removal from the venue.
5.You may not stand up, move to another seat, or wander around during the event.
6.You may take photos or videos from your seat during the event.
- The use of flash, AF assist light, or strobe light is prohibited.
- Selfie sticks and tripods may only be used from your seat. If the height obstructs the view or causes inconvenience to others, you may be asked to stop using them.
7.Live streaming through SNS during the event is prohibited.
If caught, you will be removed from the venue regardless of whether you received a photo or autograph.
8.Please understand that physical contact such as touching hands, writing or attaching stickers directly on the skin is not allowed.
9.Props and letters can be delivered during this event.
- Props will be returned after the event. If not retrieved, they will be discarded.
- The use of electronic devices is prohibited (including mobile phones, toy cameras, mini camcorders, Bluetooth earphones, or any device with power).
10.Re-entry is not allowed if you leave the venue without permission.
11.Drinking alcohol before or during the event is prohibited.
If you are found to be intoxicated, entry may be restricted, and you may be removed during the event.
12.This event is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to the organizer’s circumstances.
13.Even if not specified above, any behavior deemed to disrupt the event’s smooth progress on the day may result in immediate removal and restrictions, regardless of whether you have received a photo or autograph.
14.The organizer is not responsible for any issues caused by failure to read this notice.
